Moris Rasik’s organization structure is based on Line Function and Staff Function model. A “line function” is one that directly advances Moris Rasik in its core work. This always includes Operations, and sometimes also special projects such as Insurance, Financial Literacy and Marketing. A “staff function” supports the organization with specialized advisory and support functions. For example, human resources, accounting, MIS, Risk and Audit departments are generally considered to be staff functions.

Moris Rasik’s Head Office has good mix of experienced practitioners in both line and staff functions. Heads of all departments are called Managers and they report to the Managing Director. The Transformation Manager (staff function) also reports to the Managing Director, while being responsible for transforming all the critical departments with an objective of transforming the institution into a Other Deposit-Taking Institution (ODTI) to be regulated by the Central Bank of Timor Leste.
